The Client, a Canadian established tour operator, requested our help for a specific group. The challenge here was the location (Venice), the timing (September – high season for the city) and the rooming list (10 twin rooms)… and other requests (lift & air conditioning mandatory).

Our specific focus on hotels allowed us to follow closely this request, we achieved the goal with a very intense research and many phone calls. We found availability in 2 different hotels, our Client chose one of them and we negotiated rates and fixed the conditions. In this case the Client took care of the rest of the booking process.
