The Client request consisted in finding a couple of hotels in a specific area in which their guests, some Arabian travelers, could stay some days in Half Board. The challenge here was that the menu had to be halal (which is not yet so common in Italy) and that the period was during a big sport event.
We made an intense work of emails and phone calls in the area, explaining the particular need of the menu. Happily, we have been surprised, as it often happens, by the hotellerie that understands and anticipates the needs of people travelling. Many hotels every season take onboard Arabian chefs and kitchen assistants.
