Our Client gave us the goal of setting a hotel list in the area of the Amalfi Coast. This wonderful region is full of outstanding hotels. One of our beloved hotels was a previous supplier of our Client, but the aged owner Alfonso didn’t want to collaborate anymore with, because of his not reliable behaviour with many late cancellations and imprecise rooming lists. I personally phoned many times with the owner of the hotel, I finally convinced him to give the Client another chance and that I would have guarantee because I was going to manage relation with him. We recuperated this hotel and worked with him many years again.
